I was out of the country when my wife called me and told me her and the kids were out for a late night store run and the car wouldn't drive. I call coulwood towing spoke with a guy said his name was Chuck. Told him the situation and he assured me he would handle it. Long story short, my wife and kids said he was a nice guy who towed the car and give my family a ride home at 2 am! I have saved the number in my phone and will use him these guys again!

Could not say anything but awesome service that we received when our trailer came unhooked from our truck last week. When 3 other tow companies said they couldn't come help us, Coulwood called back promptly after I sent him the pictures to help us. They were so careful loading, towing and unloading our trailer. Hopefully we don't, but if we need tow service again, I would call Coulwood Towing. Thanks again!!!

The is the only company security officers on 3rd shift need to call. Every other towing company in Charlotte will say they're coming and shut their phones off. The owner personally came out to my site and got an abandoned vehicle out of my lot in under 45 mins.

I had a flat rear passenger tire in my lowered Roush Mustang on 20in wheels. Chuck came out quickly had it loaded on the roll back without scraping and deliver without scraping all in a timely manner. Very professional and very competent. Would recommend
